The Pioneer GEX-XMP3 Portable Satellite Radio Receivers is one awesome gadget. I love this thing seriously, you can record in mp3 and listen to the awesome radio music of XM radio. It uses the XMp3 radio system lets me record the NFL football game going on (while traveling) and still listen to my favorite music while making my long drives back and forth to work.

This thing is small enough, but hefty enough to fit in my pocket and at the same time not feel like I'm going to break it if I move my arm. Color screen allows my colorblindness not to affect what I'm seeing on the screen.
